League FAQs

What’s the difference between Level 1, Advanced, and Pro Level?

Level 1 is ideal for beginners or newer players who are still building their foundational skills.
Advanced is for athletes who have solid fundamentals and are ready for more challenging drills and faster-paced instruction.
Pro Level is for serious players aiming to refine high-level techniques and game IQ, often preparing for elite teams or competitive play.

How do I know which level is right for my child?

If your child is new to the sport or still mastering basics like dribbling, passing, and shooting, start with Level 1.

If they’ve played before and are familiar with the game flow and footwork, consider Advanced.

If they play competitively and want to push toward elite-level performance, Pro Level is likely the best fit.

How do I schedule a session?

You can schedule a session by clicking the register button under each section or emailing sydsportsmanager@courtsidefitness.com.

Can I book multiple sessions at once?

Yes! We encourage players to train consistently. You can book multiple sessions in advance to lock in preferred times and build momentum in training.

Are all sessions 60 minutes?

Group and Comprehensive sessions are 60 minutes. For Individual Training, you can choose between 30-minute and 60-minute sessions depending on your player’s needs and attention span.

What should my child bring to a session?

Players should wear athletic clothing, basketball shoes, and bring a water bottle. If you have a personal basketball, feel free to bring it—but we also have equipment available.
