REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
PROMOTION-RELATED DEPOSITS OR FEES
L Zero may offer promotions or discounts related to L Zero league memberships, camps or training services from time to time (E.G. Youth camp early enrollment specials). Promotion terms will be provided in the promotion materials or at registration. Promotion terms may be updated by L Zero to the extent permitted by law. Promotions are limited to one (1) per person and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts or applied in conjunction with any other membership or service type with reduced, promotional, or other non-standard dues rates. L Zero may void promotion terms, including but not limited to, if membership or services enrollment are involuntarily termed, client account not maintained in good standing, or if there is a change to the league membership, camp, or services requested. A promotional deposit or fee is non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP, AND CAMP OR TRAINING
In the event that your purchase from us was charged to your credit card or paid by check in error or without your permission, we will honor your request to cancel the original transaction and refund your payment in full, as long as the request is made within ninety days of the original transaction. If the purchase was not an error and was correctly authorized by the purchaser, refunds will only be given prior to the beginning of the league or camp, or if notice is given 24 hours before the first training session is scheduled. A 10% handling fee may be assessed. Cancellations for medical reasons require documentation from a physician. A primary or authorized client may terminate league membership, camp enrollment, or training services (or any member, age 18 or older, may remove or terminate themselves) for any reason upon advanced notice to L Zero as provided in our agreement with you or the policy outlined here.
SERVICES OR PROGRAMS
Services or programs may be cancelled at the location where the service or program is or was to be provided, subject to any specific terms and conditions in contracts applicable to the service or program.
RETURN/EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE
Merchandise in like new condition with original packaging and tags may be exchanged or returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Online purchases may be subject to different refund policies.
MERCHANDISE RETURN WINDOW
You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange for merchandise. Returns or exchanges requested beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
- Fitness Programs, Group (Camp and Non-Camp) Activities, and Individual Activities. You may cancel training programs (e.g., personal training, nutrition coaching, small group programs), camps (e.g., youth basketball camps), and private or individual classes (e.g., private basketball or swim lessons) by hand delivering or sending written cancellation notice to the center where the services were to be provided and by contacting your individual trainer, instructor or coach or as per any other method outlined in your agreement, or as listed in this policy. We will refund all amounts paid if we receive your written cancellation notice within three (3) business days of the date of purchase or at any time before the league starts, or the camp begins, or within 24 hours of the client’s first session has been serviced, whichever is later. If we receive your cancellation notice after the beginning of the league or camp, or once the first training session has been serviced, we will not refund any amount you have already paid, but we will service your paid sessions on the schedule then in effect. Unused sessions do not expire for one-on-one personal training or personal classes. We will not refund any amount for a scheduled session that you fail to attend or fail to reschedule or postpone (by contacting your designated trainer, instructor or coach) at least 24 hours in advance. We will provide a refund or credit for programs or classes that we cancel if we cannot find a suitable alternative for the registrant. If you do not attend a scheduled group class, camp, or training session, you will be considered as having used it. If a group class, camp, or training session is cancelled by L Zero, you will not be considered as having used it.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Grocery items from the Café, including smoothies or other beverage, or food products.
• Gift cards
• Health and personal care items meant for consumption or external application (e.g. vitamins, protein powder, beverages, food products, creams, ointments, etc.)
• Downloadable software or open software products, or online subscriptions
• Any product ordered as customized.
• Any item classified as hazardous or that uses flammable liquids or gases
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
REFUND METHODS
Unless otherwise required by law, we will issue refunds only to the payor as follows:
• Credit/Debit Card. Payments made via credit/debit card may be refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase or may be refunded by means of check sent to address on file. Refunds for payments by check will be processed within 10 days.
• Cash or Check. Payments made via cash, check, or bank withdrawal will be refunded by means of check. Refunds for payments by check will be processed within 10 days and sent to address on file.
• EFT from Bank Account. Payments made via electronic fund transfer from a bank account (EFT or ACH) may be refunded by means of a credit to the payor’s original bank account. Refunds will be processed within 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at store@lzero.us.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, mail it to: 386 South Egret Bay Boulevard League City; TX 77573. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning higher value items.
